摘要: Local-area Differential GNSShas been around for several decades as a system for mitigation ofatmosphere-induced errors in Global Navigation Satellite Systems. Despite this,it is commonly used only for the correction of a small number, or even asingle, roving receiver. This talk will address the challenges and limitationsof applying DGPS techniques to networks of agents such as may be found in Swarmrobotics, collaborative outdoor mapping and related tasks.

Benjamin Nizette is a Phd candidate and an associate lecturer at AustralianNational University. His research topics include design and control ofquadrotors, localization systems and human-robot interactions.
